A woman who was hit by a foul ball is suing the Red Sox owner John Henry.

Stephanie Taubin, 46, of Brookline filed suit against Henry for negligence in Suffolk Superior Court.

Taubin says she was in a seat in the EMC Club above home plate when on June 17, 2014. Normally, this area of Fenway is walled off with protective glass, but the glass was removed for maintenance purposes, putting spectators in a known line of fire.
