6 people you may have forgotten were ‘Daily Show’ correspondents

Like any long-running TV comedy program, “The Daily Show” has been a hotspot for future superstars, who can hone their skills for post-graduate work. Once upon a time Stephen Colbert and Steve Carell shared the same space (perhaps most notably on their segment “Even Stevphens”); ditto Ed Helms and Rob Corddry. John Oliver spent seven years cutting his teeth for what would be his stellar HBO show, and Samantha Bee and Jason Jones were on so long it still feels like they didn’t just leave.

There are also loads who swung by there during Jon Stewart’s reign, sometimes briefly, before moving on to gigs that overshadowed their stints. Here are some you may have forgotten were there at all.
