The 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards were announced Thursday morning by “Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul and show host Neil Patrick Harris (subbing for “House of Cards” star Kate Mara) at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood. Here’s who’s up for the coveted prize:
