Stevie Nicks is a white witch in “American Horror Story: Coven.”

Things are peaceful at the beginning of this week’s episode of “American Horror Story: Coven.” Fiona pours Marie a cup of enchanted tea that will help her sleep well at Miss Robichaux’s. When Marie goes to bed that night, a super scary voodoo man with rotting flesh, dreadlocks and a top hat lined with skulls comes into her bedroom and snorts some coke. He wakes up Marie and tells her he wants her to pay the price. Marie goes to the local hospital to steal a baby from the maternity ward.
The next morning, Delia, Fiona and Marie are watching the local news, and they’re talking about the shooting at Marie’s house. Marie admits to Delia and Fiona that she had employed Hank in the past, and he had come to her advertising his services as a witch hunter and that he had an inside edge at Miss Robichaux’s. Fiona walks over to Delia and slaps her for bringing Hank into their world. She then informs Delia that “witch hunters never act alone” and they need to find “the hive.”
Misty is spinning in the mirror when Fiona walks in and offers to mentor her as the next supreme. Misty dismisses her, but then Fiona tells her she wants to introduce her to someone special: a white witch. This petite blonde witch turns around and it’s Stevie Nicks, the original pop witch! Misty faints right away.
When she comes to, Stevie plays the piano and sings “Rhiannon.” Madison scowls in the corner and asks Fiona when she’s bringing Eminem. Fiona, who is apparently friends with him as well, says, “Marshall? You’re not his type.” Madison seethes with jealousy because she wants to be the next supreme. Stevie and Misty practice shawl twirls together in the living room and Stevie gives her a floral shawl.
Madison’s not the only one jealous of Misty. Nan thinks she’s the next supreme, too. She shows she’s capable of mind control by almost making Madison put her cigarette up her lady bits but Zoey stops her. Madison tells Nan and Zoey that her heart murmur went away after she came back to life, and she’s sure she’s the next supreme.
The older witches are doing some recon on Delphi Trust, which is run by Harrison Renard, Hank’s dad. Delphi Trust is a multi-billion dollar private equity firm that is also a witch-hunting business. Fiona is still angry at Delia and tells her she won’t be helping them take down the witch hungers. Fiona puts a spell on Delphi and drops a mouse into a maze; at the same time, federal investigators come to the Delphi offices in Atlanta for a search and seizure. When the mouse falls into a trap, Fiona falls to the ground – she’s getting weak again.
Fiona tells Marie that she’s in love and it’s made her want to live. She asks Marie to help her live and do what she did for Delphine. Marie gave Delphine a bottle of her tears after Delphine killed Marie’s love, so she can’t do that for Fiona. Fiona asks how she has been alive for over 300 years and Marie says Papa gave it to her after she conjured him. He told her she could have eternal life if she gave him what she wanted, which she thought meant sexual favors. It turned out to be much more dire than that: Marie had to hand over her own baby to him after she made the “deal forged in hell.” She tried to ask him to take the spell back but he wouldn’t. She tells Fiona, “If you want him bad enough, he’ll come.”
Madison and Misty are walking behind a funeral procession in a fur jacket and turban, and Stevie Nicks-esque top hat and a shawl, respectively. Madison makes fun of Misty and essentially calls her stupid: “If a guy buys you dinner, he expects a blow job – welcome to earth.” Misty finally gets annoyed and the two start bickering and decide to prove their skills to each other. At the graveyard, Madison brings a dead guy back to life. Then she tells Misty that Stevie probably has a bin full of shawls to give out to people, and that she should try to be her own witch. She urges Misty to ditch the shawl and stop copying the white witch. While Misty thinks about it, Madison hits her on the back of the head with a brick and takes her shawl. She knocks Misty into the casket and skips away, twirling with her new shawl.
After learning that Luke is dead, Nan and Zoey to his house and asks where his body is. His mother had him cremated and shows them the urn. Suddenly, Nan reads Luke’s mom’s mind and realizes that she killed him. She has a meltdown and uses her powers to make her drink bleach. Nan says to Luke’s mother what she always said to her son: “You have to be cleansed.”
Myrtle and Delia are bonding in the lab and Myrtle is playing some weird, spooky instrument. Myrtle tells Delia the two of them can be a team, but Delia doesn’t really want to be this weirdo’s partner in crime. She thinks more about what her mother said and starts to feel like a failure. She starts smashing everything in the lab; Myrtle is unimpressed and continues to pluck away.
Fiona gets a few lines of coke ready and Papa shows up. “You brought the good stuff,” he says to her. She tells him she wants the same thing as Marie Laveau and tells Papa that as a supreme, this could be a big ticket for him. He responds, “I don’t give a donkey s– about your title.” He just wants her soul. They seal the deal with a kiss, and he tells her the deal is off because she has nothing to sell. “You have no soul,” he says before he vanishes.
The Ax Man comes back to console her, and she tells him what happened and that she has no soul. Not to worry, crafty Fiona always has a new plan up her sleeves: “I’ll just kill ’em all.”
Nan finds Marie’s stolen baby in the house and knows that she stole him to kill him. Fiona admits to Marie that she and Papa couldn’t come to terms, and Marie tells Fiona that this baby reminds her of her own. The two decide on a new plan. Papa wants the life of an innocent, so they’ll kill Nan instead! They take Nan and drown her in a bathtub together, but Papa’s not happy. “No substitutions!” he says. “You must provide an innocent.” The two witches, who clearly deserve each other, throw their hands up in the air and shout, “Come on!” He begrudgingly agrees and takes Nan to the other side, where he promises Nan there will be “lots of treats.”
Stevie’s back at the piano singing “Has Anyone Written Anything for You” while Fiona relaxes on her chaise lounge and quietly weeps.
