The Governator has decided it’s time to be Presinator. That means saying “Hasta la vista, baby” to the Constitution.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, who’s currently costarring with Sylvester Stallone in “Escape Plan,” is reportedly telling people he wants to be President of the United States. Of course, there’s a snag: He was born in Austria, and as you may remember from Obama’s first year, the Constitution bars foreign-born citizens from the job, unless they’re secret Muslims from Kenya bent on destroying our way of life.

“Schwarzenegger has been talking openly about working on getting the constitutional rules changed so he can run for president in 2016. He is ready to file legal paperwork to challenge the rules,” a source tells Page Six.

Sure. Just head on down to the Constitution Change Office and file that paperwork. You’ll have a new amendment in four to six weeks. Just make sure to get it notarized. That’s what happened to the Equal Rights Amendment.

Arnold’s already proved his skills at diplomacy: Sylvester Stallone revealed at the premiere of their new movie “Escape Plan” that he and his costar Schwarzenegger“really disliked each other intensely for 20 years.”
