Billy Bush allegedly boasted to NBC staffers about the recently released Trump tape — where the presidential candidate brags about groping woman — as far back as this summer’s Rio Olympics, according to a published report.

At a party in August Bush said he had a “tape of Trump being a real dog,” the New York Post reported. He also allegedly disclosed the same information to other NBC staff in Rio. After his bragging, Access Hollywood went to track down the footage.

But Bush never told the “Today” show about the tape. He is currently suspended from the morning program.

“If he knew about the tape, and remembered the full extent of such an explosive conversation with a presidential candidate and didn’t disclose that to NBC News, that is a very, very serious problem,” an insider told the Post.

Though it could violate a “morality clause,” in his contract,” it’s not clear whether he remembered the level of vulgarity of the tape.

The Post reports that female “Today” staffers are disgusted at Bush’s role in the tape, where he can be heard encouraging Trump’s predatory talk that was caught on a hot microphoneand allows a vulgar conversation around a co-worker.
