Fetty Wap’s ‘Trap Queen’ is Music Choice’s top fan favorite song of 2015

Adele may be breaking all kinds of records with “25,” but when it comes to Music Choice’s number one fan favorite song of 2015, the honor goes to another artist. Fetty Wap lands the number one slot with “Trap Queen,” quite a feat for someone who didn’t have a single song on the radio before this year.

Other artists who make the top 10 include Silento, Taylor Swift, Mark Ronson, Wiz Khalifa and Omarion. Music Choice’s annual “MC 100” list takes into account the biggest songs and music videos that aired across all the various Music Choice platforms, including the On Demand TV channels and Music Choice Play. The list was aggregated using impressions of TV, online and viewer interactions monitored with Nielsen, Mediabase and Rentrak — so it’s pretty legit.
