If Kim Kardashian thought that people weirdly accusing her of blackface in her KKW ads was bad, she probably wasn’t expecting this latest round of tomfoolery.
The reality star has received flack from fans — and some beauty blogger named Jeffree Star— while showing off her new powder contour kits on Snapchat. Basically she doesn’t know how to swatch, which, I don’t either! But like, I don’t own and aggressively peddle my own makeup line, so.
Kardashian responded by saying that this was all too much for her. “I want you guys to see this pimple here,” she said in a Snapchat video from the makeup chair. “You’re stressing me the f— out.” Oh, dear! A singular pimple!
She then continued, “Okay guys, I get it, I didn’t know how to f—king swatch powders before at the beginning — I’m learning.”
Umm… Kim what is going on with those new swatches?? ? Looks like chalk ? pic.twitter.com/yCTZg2UhZu

When Star criticized the swatches for looking like chalk, her fans sent a lot of hate his way. But mostly because he made racist remarks 12 years ago that he later apologized for.
Kardashian was swift with her response. “I see that my fans are totally hating on someone like Jeffree Star for being honest about my struggle swatches. But because of his remarks I’m learning,” Kardashian said on her Snapchat.
“I get that it’s a serious deal if you say like racial things but I do believe in people changing and people that apologize, I will give them the benefit of the doubt,” she said. “I know better than anyone that I hate when people bring up my past or mistakes that I’ve made in the past so like, let him live. I welcome honest comments about my products and because of it, I’m swatching better now.”
The lesson here? That if you were racist 12 years ago, but you apologized, you’re alright by Kim Kardashian. Neat-o!
