Tom Brady and Gisele can finally go to Brookline’s exclusive The Country Club

Tom Brady and Gisele

Doors to luxury establishments usually fly open when you’re megastars like Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen. However, that hasn’t been the case with the Patriots power couple’s attempt to become members of an exclusive club in Brookline.

The duo has waited for two years to see if their application would be accepted by The Country Club, a 236-acre, golfer’s paradise in Chestnut Hill that’s right next door to their multimillion-dollar mansion. The club has reportedly been hesitant about accepting Tom and Gisele over fears that the high-end hotspot would be overrun by swarms of media members who constantly follow the couple.

Well, the wait is finally over.

According to a new report by the Boston Globe, the Brady-Bündchen bunch has been spotted hitting the links at the club’s golf course in recent weeks. Anonymous TCC members also confirmed to the Globe that the Super Bowl-winning quarterback was quietly made an official member, although the club won’t confirm any details about the situation.

Located just outside of Boston, TCC has been a go-to spot for the city’s elite since it was first established as an equestrian and social club in 1882. According to the club’s website, the exclusive establishment features 27 holes of golf, nine indoor and outdoor tennis courts, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a cafe, skeet shooting, skating and a ton of other ammenities, ranging from a full wine cellar to a world-class culinary team.

Golfers have flocked to the club over the decades, as TCC has hosted a slew of high-profile competitions, including U.S. Open tournaments, Ryder Cup matches and other events put on by the United States Golf Association.

Considering that Brady is almost as good on the golf course as he is on the gridiron, it’s no surprise that he’d want to become a member of this exclusive club. The only question is, will his pal and occassional golf buddy Donald Trump be allowed to play a few holes with him in Brookline? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
