Sia, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Demi Lovato and Michael Stripe were just confirmed to appear on Logo's special "Trailblazer" TV special, honoring those who have helped further the LGBT movement. The awards show will air on the one year anniversary of the overruling of the Defense of Marriage Act on June 26 and will be held at New York's Cathedral of St. John the Devine.
The New York City Gay Men's Chorus will back Sia in a special performance. "I'm so happy to be taking part in this inaugural Logo/Trailblazers Awards," Sia says in a press release. "I feel privileged to salute every person fighting for LBGT rights. Backed by the New York City Gay Men's Chorus with the spectacular backdrop of New York's Cathedral of St. John the Devine, I'm excited to show you our inside animals!"
Daniel Radcliffe, Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, Jared Leto, Kylie Minogue, Tegan and Sara, Laura Jane Grace, Pete Wentz and A Great big World are also confirmed to attend the event. Some of the people who will be honored include "Orange Is The New Black" stars Laverne Cox and Lea DaLaria, NBA player Jason Collins, DOMA litigator Roberta Kaplan and activist Edie Windsor.
