Chelsea Handler diagnoses Kanye West as a ‘maniac’

These days, it seems everyone has an opinion about Kanye West following his epic Twitter rants, “Life of Pablo” release pangs and debt declarations. And look who’s chiming in now: talk show host and comedian Chelsea Handler, who doesn’t mince words when it comes to the mental state of Mr. Kim Kardashian.

“I’ve always thought he’s a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one,” she tells ET Canada. “He’s always been delusional. He’s acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he’s acting like this.” So what’s behind all the recent outbursts, according to Handler? “He’s probably trying to be funny. He thinks that’s funny,” she offers. “He’s unstable and he’s delusional. And now he’ll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody, even though he’s been in this state for years.” Sounds like a blast.
