New York City seems to be gearing up for a chilly winter, which is bad news if you’re a snowbird without an escape plan this season. But there is hope in the form of Flying South for the Winter. This dark-and-sweet cocktail features Cabo Diablo, a new 70-proof tequila from the Cabo Wabo line — and it’s infused with coffee liqueur. The flavor notes are enticing, with cocoa and vanilla lacing that familiar blue agave taste. But don’t be fooled by its devilish disguise: Cabo Diablo works in many easy home recipes, and you can add it to your shelf for about $22.99. Try this one to help combat your cold-weather blues.
