Daily Becky with the Good Hair update

Will the real Becky with the Good Hair please stand up? Now, three days into the “Lemonade”-dominated news cycle, designer and private Instagram user Rachel Roy is insisting she is not in fact the “Becky with the Good Hair” referenced so cuttingly by Beyonce in one of her new tracks. Was it all the death threats from the Beyhive? That’s understandable.

But if it’s not Roy — and we’re all absolutely certain it’s not Rachael Ray — then who is this notorious B.W.G.H? Well, maybe it’s Rita Ora? Regardless of what you think of the quality of Ora’s hair, she’s been having a lot of fun with her fashion and social media choices, stepping out in L.A. in an outfit similar to the one Beyonce wore in the “Formation” video and posting a Snapchat of her in a lemon-bedecked bra. She posted another Snapchat later of her hips with the grammatically questionable statement, “When your the truth.” We’ll just have to wait and see how she holds up under intense Beyhive scrutiny.
