From making duck calls in a shed to owning the multimillion-dollar company Duck Commander, how can the folks on “Duck Dynasty” get even more regal?
Releasing a wine collection may fit the bill.
The Robertson family of “Duck Dynasty” has collaborated with California’s Trinchero Family Estates to produce Duck Commander Wines. The first vintage set will include Triple Threat 2011 Red Blend, Wood Duck 2012 Chardonnay and Miss Priss 2012 Pink Moscato.
“We decided to create Duck Commander Robertson Family Wines because we know that many of our customers and our viewers choose to celebrate family moments with wine,” Duck Commander CEO Willie Robertson said. “We knew we needed to find a family company in the heart of wine country that could produce authentic, quality wines.”
Trinchero Family Estates CEO Roger Trinchero says family values are part of what contribute to the “natural synergies between the Trinchero family and Robertson family businesses.”
The families will celebrate the launch at a private dinner Nov. 18. Then, we can all make way for Duck Commander Wines.
