It's hard out there for an actress starring in an awkward BDSM blockbuster franchise, yo. The latest life hurdle facing "Fifty Shades of Grey" star Dakota Johnson? The film series is kind of interfering with her game. When asked by Ellen DeGeneres if people are more attracted to her or scared of her because of the film, Johnson responds, "If those are the two options, I guess they're scared of me. They either love me or they're running for the hills. Mostly running for the hills." (Side note: What is it about those hills that make for such a preferred escape route?)

And if that's not bad enough, Johnson also has to deal with the fact that everyone's a critic nowadays, and even the briefest of encounters can lead to some unsolicited thoughts on the sure-to-be-Razzie-nominated film.

"Sometimes people just say thing that are a little bit awkward for me," she says. "Like, I was in a cab recently and the driver was like, 'My wife and I, we saw your film. We really liked it.' And he goes, 'I thought there could be more sex.'"
