Salling, 33, has had previous run-ins with the law, including allegations earlier this year that he pushed ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela, who sued him for sexual battery. For today's arrest, Salling was transported to Downtown Los Angeles for booking. His reps have not yet released a statement or responded to requests for comment.
