Make these cocktails at home
Green Beast
1 oz. Pernod Absinthe
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
4 oz. water
Pour all ingredients together and mix. Serve with garnish of cucumber cut in fine slices.
Necromancer (served at Louro)
3/4 oz. Tenneyson absinthe
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Lillet
3/4 oz. Pur elderflower liqueur
Dash gin
Shake all ingredients with ice vigorously for about 15 seconds, strain into chilled cocktail glass, finish with a lemon twist
Crescent cocktail
½ oz. Lucid Absinthe
½ oz. triple sec
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. champagne
4-6 mint leaves
Mint sprig
In a glass, add mint & triple sec, then muddle. Add ice, Lucid Absinthe, pineapple juice and Champagne. Garnish with mint sprig.
