Holly Madison’s fiance and father to her infant daughter, Rainbow, is facing more than 13 years in prison on bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest charges, RadarOnline.com reports.
The L.A. Country District Attorney says Pasquale Rotella, who owns an event firm called Insomniac events, used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to pay off city officials. Rotella would use the coliseum to host raves.
Madison announced she was marrying Rotella on Monday with a wedding planned for Aug. 14. Rotella is currently out on a $1.8 million bail and is due back in court on July 29.
So, um. happy engagement, Holly Madison? (Psst: Whatever you do, Holly, be sure to look into the refund policy for your caterer, tent, etc., as Rotella might be indisposed come Aug. 14.)
