Is Zac Efron flirting with Olympic gymnast Simone Biles?

Apparently all it takes to get noticed by Zac Efron is an Olympic gold medal — easy enough, right?

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has made it publicly known that her heart belongs to the American heartthrob; and although the 19-year-old might be a little young for 28-year-old Zac Efron, like true love, fan girl crushes have no boundaries.

Biles showed her admiration for the “Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates” star back in 2014 when she tweeted a picture of her Christmas gift: a life sized cutout of Zac Efron.

In March the Team USA superstar appeared on the “Ellen Show” and talked about her not-so-secret crush. To help her get the actor’s attention, matchmaker Ellen DeGeneres gave her a leotard covered with pictures of Zac Efron and glitzy stars to wear at the Olympics.

“[His girlfriend] used to be a gymnast too, so maybe I have a chance,” Biles giggled.

If she can snag a gold medal, she might actually have a chance at winning the actor’s heart.

Now single and supposedly ready to mingle, Zefron took to Twitter, turned on his charm and made Biles swoon.

Efron showed pride for his gymnastics BAE again in August when he tweeted, “So phenomenal a skill’s names after her. Congrats on sticking the Biles and qualifying for the finals @Simone_Biles!”

If the Twitterverse didn’t know before, Efron made it clear two days later which gymnastics team his heart belongs to.
