It’s the beginning of the end for Potter and friends

This November will see the first of the two-part finale of the franchise that has made some studio boss filthy rich: ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.’ Last year, we spoke with director David Yates about the process of shooting so much material. Poor guy was trying to be stoic about it: “You can’t look at the top of the mountain. It’s such a long way. You just look at it, I’m going to get it over there today. The two things you mustn’t think about when you’re making these films are the response to them and the second thing is don’t look too far ahead.”
