Apparently what’s missing from a comprehensive elementary school education is a balanced vegan diet. At least according to James Cameron, who is spearheading efforts to turn the menus vegan at his recently opened environmentally minded Muse School in Calabasas, California, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “The meals that are served at Muse will be 100 percent plant-based,” Cameron says. “The average person would say vegan, but we say whole food, plant-based.
