You play a super-spy for a few years, and for the rest of your life people will be nothing but suspicious of you. That’s the lesson former Bond star Pierce Brosnan learned recently when he was stopped by the TSA because of a 10-inch hunting knife in his carry-on luggage. Really, Mr. Brosnan? In your carry-on? Someone’s forgotten everything they learned at fake MI-6, apparently.

Brosnan was flying out of Burlington International Airport in Vermont when the rather impressive blade was spotted on a security x-ray. According to a TSA spokesman, Brosnan was able to continue on his way “after the issue was resolved,” which is appropriately vague. But man, imagine if he’d tried to get a bottle of water through.
