Kristen Stewart’s reaction to a ‘Twlight’ reboot will shock you

Kristen Stewart is a good actress. She’s even won a prestigeous European acting award for a film she did alongside French actress Juliette Binoche. But there’s no denying that the “Twilight” franchise — the very one that turned her into a mega star — is a bit, well, cheesy.

While promoting her new movie “American Ultra” with co-star Jesse Eisenberg, one brave journalist asked her about the potential for a “Twilight” reboot. Would she be into it?

“I was so genuinely, heavily entrenched in that, and not in a way that felt like an obligation,” Stewart replied. “Even though after the first one, which stood alone, it lasted a long time. It’s hard to speak to a five-year period in a few sentences, but I loved doing it. But that doesn’t mean I want to keep doing it. But if other people? Yeah, sure. To be honest with you: I would be interested. I’d be kind of fascinated, but it wouldn’t emotionally affect me one way or the other.”

There you have it, people. Not only is Stewart proud of “Twilight,” she’s totally into the idea of a reboot, as long as she didn’t have to be in it.
