“Game of Thrones” actress Maisie Williams is never one to shy away from controversy – she made headlines when she slammed Emma Watson for her “first-world feminism” and now Williams is at it again.

She told fashion magazine “Dazed” that she’s tired of people grown-ups talking down to teenagers, reports Us Weekly.

“People think we’re f–king stupid and we don’t know anything about anything. It’s really degrading,” she told the magazine, which comes out on April 9. “I get a lot of adults who are like, ‘You don’t know sh-t,’ and it’s like, ‘You don’t know sh-t. You have no idea what it’s like to be 17 years old.'”

She added that she is not interested in being just another pretty young starlet, and that she fully intends to speak her mind.

“Whether I like it or not, I’ve become influential to people,” she said. “I don’t wanna be liked just because I’m pretty. That’s f–king boring, and I’m not that. Lots of young people in the industry try to play it cool, but it just makes them look like arrogant dickheads. I’d much rather be liked because people realize that I’m standing up for myself.”
