White Walker Flip
1 oz. The Glenrothes Select Reserve Single Malt Whisky
1 oz. The King ‘s Ginger Liqueur
1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz. sweetened apple cider
2 dashes baked apple bitters
1 whole egg
Garnish: The King’s Ginger Liqueur-infused apple wheels
Glassware:chilled royal coupette
Directions: Dry shake whole egg until emulsified. Add ice and all ingredients sans bitters, and shake vigorously till cold. Strain into chilled royal coupette and garnish with apple wheels.
