Michelle Williams just might not be that into him, Busy!
Busy Phillips is reportedly “desperate to find a man” for pal Michelle Williams, but her judgment might not be the most sound, as the “Cougartown” star is apparently trying to push Williams into the newly single arms of Jake Gyllenhaal, according to Radar Online.
“Busy’s been trying to matchmake them for a good year now and got her hopes up when she saw how Jake really became a shoulder to cry on for Michelle at their friend Philip Seymour Hoffman’s funeral,” a source says.
“But despite her efforts, she still hasn’t gotten them to go out on a date yet. Busy is not really taking into account that Jake would have an issue with dating the ex of his late close friend Heath [Ledger].”
Also, Williams might not be so keen on taking her friend’s advice again, as Phillips was reportedly the one who set her up with ex-boyfriend Jason Segel, “who really broke Michelle’s heart,” another source adds.
