The ratings-challenged "Mindy Project" has been canceled by Fox after three seasons. The show had never been a monster hit for the network, and had gone through a series of cast shake ups over the course of its run (remember when Anna Camp was on the show?). After spending a few weeks in limbo following its finale, the network officially dropped the ax late yesterday, but "Mindy" fans may have hope: Variety reports that Universal Television, which makes the show, is in talks with Hulu to revive it there. Not only could it live on, but Hulu might be interested in two or more seasons of "Mindy." So if you wanted to know what happened after Danny, Mindy's beau, flew all the way to India to talk to her parents, you may yet find out. Hey, it worked for "Community," right?

Kaling seems to be doing OK with the whole thing. The actress posted a quick Vine of herself on vacation in Montana winking cheekily at the camera.
