More Lindsay Lohan legal drama

There’s always something to keep Lindsay Lohan’s lawyers busy, and if it’s not suspicious community service hours claims it’s angry former business partners. Fima Potik previously sued Lohan and her younger brother for $60 million for allegedly stealing an idea for a mobile app that lets users see inside celebrities’ closets. He didn’t get the huge payout, but he did get a restraining order against the Lohans stopping them from launching their version of the app.

But now he’s suing them again because they’ve so irreparably harmed his business that he can’t even afford that restraining order, according to Radar Online. Lohan’s attorney calls the claims “surprising, disturbing and prejudicial,” so there. I guess we can just add him to the long list of people who wish they’d never met Lohan.
