Who says you have to fire up the grill yourself? Hit one of these parties and let someone else do the work for you.

Hudson Common’s BeerBBQ
Pit pros from across the U.S. will descend on the Hudson Hotel this Saturday for a mouth-watering day of good eats, curated by Meatopia creator and James Beard winner Josh Ozersky (the man knows his meat). Get your fingers dirty in Southwestern Texas, Kansas City and North Carolina styles of grub; live music, craft beer, foosball matches and Southern-style cocktails round out the party. Tickets are $40-$65 at http://backofhouse.morganshotelgroup.com/hotel-events/beerbq-at-hudson/#….
SAVEUR Summer BBQ
The food mag knows how to throw a party: For this Tuesday’s fest, its fourth, 18 chefs will prep their dishes in Riverside Park’s Boat Basin. Guests can wash their tastings down with craft beers from Brewery Ommegang, cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Jacob’s Creek wines. Tickets are $195 for two at www.giltcity.com/newyork/saveursummerbbqjune.
Mulberry Project’s Backyard BBQ
Every Sunday starting at 3 p.m., hit the Little Italy subterranean speakeasy (149 Mulberry St., 646-448-4536) for a $25 prix fixe menu of rotating barbecue classics and bespoke cocktails. Enjoy the festivities on the outdoor patio.
