NYC ‘Real Housewives’ star Heather Thomson leaves show

Heather Thomson, fashion designer entrepreneur and reality TV star, has reportedly decided to leave “Real Housewives of New York” after just three seasons. According to US Weekly, Thomson’s reason for quitting is to focus on her family and clothing company, Yummie.

Yummie was founded after Thomson herself experienced difficulty losing the baby weight. The clothing brand was designed to redefine shape-wear clothing.

Allegedly, Thomson started out on the show in hopes of publicizing her business. Now, countless cat fights later with fellow co-stars, notably Dorinda Medley, she wants to call it quits and move on to a less drama-filled life.
