NYC restaurants serving a Feast of the Seven Fishes

La Bottega at the Maritime Hotel

Celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes not only on Christmas Eve, but also through the New Year at the rustic La Bottega (88 Ninth Ave., 212-243-8400), which is including dishes like lobster pasta with roasted tomatoes and chilies and scallops with a pomegranate vinaigrette for $75.

Sirio Ristorante

Have a fish feast on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Sirio Ristorante (795 Fifth Ave., 212-940-8195), where Tuscan traditions are given a modern twist. The five-course, $85 menu that features seared prawns served with red lentils and crispy roasted sea bass with tomato, spinach and chickpea puree.

Oceana

From now through Christmas Eve, seafood eatery Oceana (120 W. 49th St., 212-759-5941) will offer a five-course tasting menu to celebrate the Italian custom. Try seven varieties of seafood for $95 (an extra $50 for wine pairings), including roasted Maine lobster with caviar and octopus, cuttlefish and calamari salad.

Casa Nonna

Enjoy a four-course feast at Casa Nonna (310 W. 38th St., 212-736-3000), known for Roman and Tuscan cuisine served a in family-friendly environment. The seafood-centric menu for $49 includes baby clams served in a white wine and spicy tomato sauce.

Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto

Treat yourself to a six-course spread at this tiny, hip Tuscan spot (283 Amsterdam Ave., 212-877-4801). The menu features dishes like shrimp with cicerchie beans and Parmigiano Reggiano and a decadent dessert with mascarpone and gingerbread gelato.

Vesta Trattoria & Wine Bar

Dig into a Seven Fishes feast that can be enjoyed by the entire table at Vesta (21-02 30th Ave., Astoria, 718-545-5550), known for dishes inspired by the local green market. For $65 (an additional $20 with wine pairings), you can taste Vesta’s grilled octopus served with romesco and white beans and a pistachio-crusted halibut with escarole and beet puree.
