T.I. released from prison

T.I. is a free man once again. After serving 10 months behind bars, the rapper is now on his way to one of two venues: a community living center or home confinement, according to TMZ.

T.I., bad boy that he is, was sentenced to 11 months after he was arrested on Sunset Strip for drug possession in September 2010. He was already on probation as a result of a federal gun conviction in 2009.

Peculiar behavior for someone who absolutely hates prison. During his first month behind bars, a statement from T.I. on his website said:

I don’ t know what effect this will have on my life moving forward but I’m certainly sick and mother f*cking tired of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen, correctional facilities or whatever else you want to call it.

Has T.I. finally learned his lesson? Who knows, but he is back on Twitter with two new tweets this morning that read, “The storm is over & da sun back out. IT’S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!” and “Feels great to be back where I belong…Back in the arms of those who need me the most.”

We’ll be watching you, T.I.
