If you’ve ever thought, “Terry Richardson’s photography is weirdly sweaty and sexual, but he’s probably a really good guy in real life,” well, you really see the best in people, and that’s commendable, but today is not your day, Pollyanna.

Last night, model Emma Appleton tweeted a screenshot of a text that appeared to be from Richardson. “If I can f— you i will book you in ny for a.shoot for Vogue,” it read.

Appleton confirmed that she wasn’t joking. “@lewisthegreatyeah, I was like whaaat and he said yes or no?” she tweeted.

Appleton has since deleted the screenshot from her Instagram and shut down her Twitter account altogether – not because she’s rescinding her claim, but because she didn’t want “abuse or attention,” she told Buzzfeed.

“Beginning to wish I hadn’t posted that…it doesn’t matter who you are or the what the industry is, just be a decent human being,” she tweeted just before closing her account.

“The fact people think this is acceptable blows my f—ing mind. See ya.”

Richardson’s representative claims that he never texted Appleton. However, Appleton is just the latest model to accuse the superstar photographer of wildly inappropriate behavior – last yearformer model Jamie Peck alleged that mid-shoot, Richardson asked to play with her tampon, and insisted he be addressed as Uncle Terry.
