2016 is the year for “Gilmore Girls” fans. Aside from looking forward to the series revival on Netflix in November, you can also live out your fantasy of being a Stars Hollow resident at the first-ever Gilmore Girls Fan Fest.

That’s right. From Oct. 21-23, the town of Washington Depot in Connecticut, the town that inspired the show, will become Stars Hollow again. Only this time, “Gilmore Girls” fans become temporary residents.

You can have tea at the Mayflower (the place Amy Sherman-Palladino stayed in when she got the idea for the show), participate in a Knit-a-Thon (because Lorelai would want you to), go to readings at the Hickory Stick Bookstore (can’t you see Rory perusing the latest stock of reads?) and, oh yeah — cast members will be there!

Confirmed cast members include:

Jackson Douglas
Rini Bell
Aris Alvarado
Biff Yeager
Kelly Bishop
Yanic Truesdale
Vanessa Marano
Ted Rooney

The website says more cast members will be announced — hopefully. Squee!
