On Monday night, it was finally time for Robby Hayes and Jordan Rodgers to face off for Jojo’s heart. The former competitive swimmer and former pro quarterback (clearly the two most eligible bachelors in franchise history) met Jojo’s family and tossed around the l-word—some more than others.

After engaging in Jordan’s weird hat exchange, ignoring her family’s advice and sobbing on the beaches of Phuket, Jojo was finally ready to get engaged. In a rather predictable ending to the “most dramatic season ever,” Jojo chose flakey football player Jordan as her partner for life (sorry, #TeamRobby).

Let’s take a look back at some of this season’s finest—and most cringe-worthy—moments.

1) Chad hooks up with (almost) every contestant’s ex after he gets the boot

The season’s villain has managed to stay in the public eye even after his elimination. With an internet presence practically dedicated to slandering his fellow contestants, Chad showed that a picture is worth more than 140 characters. And posting a photo of himself locking lips with finalist Robby Hayes’ ex-girlfriend was only the beginning. On the Men Tell All special, Chad also alluded to hooking up with contestant Grant Kemp’s ex. Chad’s enigmatic response didn’t quell any anger: “All I can say is, they’re both beautiful women.”

2) Daniel’s self-deprecation

When the token Canadian was sent home midway through the season, it was initially hard to feel sorry for him. After excessively quoting a dead meme on night one (“DAAAMN, DANIEL!”), America knew his chances were numbered. But the male model’s exit interview was almost heartbreaking—“She was obviously going for personality, and obviously my personality is f***ed,” he told the cameras. “The chances of her falling for me—I’d have a better chance of getting struck by lightning…while…shaving my face.”

3) Jordan’s cheating controversy

Is it even the Bachelorette without an outraged ex waiting in the wings? Jordan’s ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar took to Instagram shortly after the season premiere to out the frontrunner for allegedly cheating on her. Captioned on a sassy Chris Pratt pic, Farrar wrote, “Riding the bench doesn’t get in the way of a relationship, but cheating does. #yourpitchisntperfect @jrodgers11 #alwayswantedtobefamous #dreamscometrue #tuneinnextweekformoreBS,” even tagging ABC in the biting post. Though Jordan has denied all cheating allegations, rumors are still swirling, even after the final rose.

4) Wells gets snapping

After Wells Adams’ elimination, he didn’t cry into a pint of ice cream. Instead, the radio DJ turned heartbreak into gold while drunkenly snapping a Bachelorette episode live from his couch. With witty insults and boyish charm, step aside DJ Kahled, Wells might be the best part of Snapchat.

Who’s next?

On the Men Tell All special, top-four finalist Luke Pell seemed a promising pick for the franchise’s next leading man. Though he expressed his brutal heartbreak to Chris Harrison, Luke claimed that he’s ready look for a wife again. In what seemed like an almost too-obvious play for Bachelor mansion, Luke said, “I’m optimistic about what the future might hold… I’m ready. I’m ready to fall in love.”
