“Wild mushroom pizza — wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, squash, burrata, and fried eggs on flatbread. Sweetness from the onions and squash, meaty texture from the mushrooms, saltiness from the cheese, and oozy yolk over the entire thing… heaven.”Monica L.

For brunch entrees, I got the pork belly and eggs. Oh my, this was seriously the best brunch dish I have had in a long time, maybe ever! Salty Pig, way to put everything I love in life into one neat little bowl! Garlicky mushrooms and spinach, creamy polenta, soft poached eggs, and 2 slabs of pork belly! I was pig heaven!Jennifer W.
