A new track from Selena Gomez's upcoming album "Stars Dance" just hit YouTube. "Love Will Remember" is about lost love, and opens with a voicemail from someone who sounds suspiciously like her on-again/off-again paramour Justin Bieber.
"Hey babe, it's me," the Bieber soundalike says over some tragic piano chords. "I just wanted to call and tell you I love you so so so so much... you are my princess. You are worthy of all the love in the world. You are the love of my life... life... life..."
But you don't add an echo effect if the relationship's still going strong, do you? "You said you loved me, I said I loved you back," Selena sings. "What happened to that?"
"What happened" is that they got back together, if recent reports are to be believed. They certainly looked pretty cozy in an Instagram photo Bieber posted from a Fourth of July party along with the hashtag “heartbreaker.” Gomez also pops up in an Instagram video posted by Bieber’s pal Alfredo Flores at the same party. If they are back together again, Gomez’s friends certainly aren’t thrilled about it, according to Radar Online. “Selena’s friends have stuck by her through thick and thin, but the whole back-and-forth relationship with Bieber is really starting to wear on then,” a source says. “None of her friends really like Justin — or at least, they don’t like Selena with Justin. It’s just not a healthy relationship. He has something on her. She knows he’s not the right thing for her, but she can’t stay away."
