Comic actress and former "Glee" star Jane Lynch is getting a divorce from her wife of three years, Lara Embry.
"Lara and I have decided to end our marriage," Lynch told E! News. "This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter."
Lynch and Embry met at a fundraiser in 2009, and married in May 2010. That same year, the actress thanked Embry as well as Embry's daughter Haden in her Emmy acceptance speech.
