Sounds like Amanda Bynes' rap career is actually happening. Waka Flocka Flame tells TMZ that he's producing her upcoming hip hop album. Waka says he's already lining people up at his Brick Squad Monopoly Records to write Amanda's songs, and that they FaceTime and text frequently. The album will be called "Shots," he says.
So is he as worried about Amanda as the rest of us are? "Not at all. She has it all together to me. She is cool as hell and ready for the rap world. I think she is going to kill the game," he says.
It would be great if all of her bonkers behavior really was just groundwork for a badass music career. I'm not holding my breath though.
Publicist Jonathan Jaxson claims that Amanda’s head-shaving, bong-throwing, Drake-taunting antics are all a part of her master plan. He tweeted screen caps of text messages he claims are from Amanda. “All this has been an act and you know it! I know what I am doing,” she allegedly told him. “I got to 2 million followers now and everybody wants me. I am smart and not stupid. Everyone mentions my name. The world loves me!”
The world certainly somethings you, Amanda. Is “love” really the word for what we’re feeling though? I’d go with “deep concern tinged with a shameful dollop of schadenfreude.” But that would take a long time to put in a text, I grant.
