Thursday gossip roundup: Rihanna and Drake, sitting in a tree?

Tensions seem to have eased between divorcing couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, who were spotted together at the birthday party for a Kabbalah instructor, according to People magazine. “They were friendly,” a source tells People magazine of the former couple, who arrived separately. “Ashton got up at one point and grabbed coffee in a paper cup for Demi, and they smiled a few times during the program at each other. They seemed to get along and feel comfortable.” And apparently that’s as good as it’s going to get, says another source: “The family is in a pretty good place right now, but Ashton and Demi won’t go back to being what they were. Ashton will always be a part of their lives, especially with regard to the girls and how close he is with them.”

Charlize Theron admits that even she feels the pressure from Hollywood to keep herself looking beautiful. “It’s hard in this industry, because I think so much importance is put on how you look. I’m not brave enough to be like, ‘You know what? I’m just going to let it happen. Whatever. I’m so cool with every line on my face,'” she tells Interview magazine. “There are days when I definitely look in the mirror and go, ‘All right, I need to find a cream.'” But there are limits to what the Oscar-winner is willing to do for beauty. “I can’t foresee myself ever going under the knife, but then again, I’m only in my mid-30s,” Theron says. “Maybe it’s different when you’re in your mid-60s. So I don’t want to make statements about where I’m gonna be in 30 years.”

Mary-Kate Olsen is reportedly dating former French president Nicolas Sarkozy‘s younger brother, Olivier Sarkozy, according to Us Weekly. “It’s true, they’re dating, and she’s definitely interested in him,” a source says. “MK is constantly complaining about boys not being mature enough for her. She got the kids out of her system. Now being a businesswoman dominates her time, and she is rarely impressed with guys. They are good for each other.” The pair were first spotted attending a New York Knicks game in late April, and they reportedly spent Memorial Weekend together in the Hamptons.

“Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” star Zhang Ziyi has been accused of earning $110 million by prostituting herself to Chinese government officials and businessmen, according to the Daily Mail. The unsubstantiated claims in Chinese media detail the actress accepting large sums of money from various Beijing officials between 2007 and 2011, with one businessman reportedly forking over $945,000 to sleep with her in 2007. Ziyi has fervently denied the allegations, with her reps saying in a statement, “We will prove our side of the story. We’ll seek legal justice. We’ll find you in the darkest corner and go after you.”

Exes Rihanna and Drake, who dated briefly in 2009, may be giving things another go, if their behavior at a Miami hotspot on a recent night out is any indication. “Rihanna was all over Drake this weekend,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They were holding hands and dancing all close on the dance floor.” The pair have remained close friends and frequent collaborators since their brief romance. “We weren’t really sure what it was,” Rihanna previously said in an interview of her dating Drake. “We didn’t want to take it any further. It was a really fragile time in my life, so I just didn’t want to get too serious with anything or anyone at that time.”

Victoria Beckham knows she has a reputation for not smiling that much. “I can’t be bothered when people are mocking about me always looking so stern,” Beckham tells Interview magazine’s German edition. “They really believe I’m like that. And when I see these photos, I feel the same way. I look at them and think, ‘Oh gosh, you moody cow.'” Perhaps because of that reaction, Beckham has made an effort lately to get images of herself goofing off out into the world via Twitter.
