Well, it only took three years, but Toni Braxton has finalized her divorce from her husband of 12 years, Keri Lewis, after separating in 2009, according to E! News.
“The couple has had an amicable split and will still both be actively involved in raising their two sons, 11-year-old Denim and 10-year-old Diezel,” her rep says in a statement. Braxton herself addressed the news on Twitter, posting simply, “Sometimes it takes a thousand tries to win.”
Three years? I know the divorce of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries feels like it took three years to finally take, but it was only two. The poor Braxtons.
