Great news, comedy fans: After suffering terrible injuries in a car crash, Tracy Morgan is on the mend. His representative said the comedy star was no longer in critical condition.
"Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement," his rep told E! News.
"His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."
Morgan's assistant, Jeff Millea, has also been upgraded from critical condition.
Morgan has been in critical condition since the June 7th accident, which left him with a wide range of injuries, including a broken leg that required surgery.
Kevin Roper, the driver of the truck that struck Morgan's limo bus, injuring four people and killing James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, has pled not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
I'm really glad Tracy Morgan's doing better. To remind ourselves why we need him, let's watch a scene from "30 Rock" where his character pretends to be a Jedi.
