Very happy. She can move on and finally live her life,” a source says. Holmes reportedly gets primary custody of their daughter, Suri, in the settlement, though Cruise “will be allowed to see Suri, but there are guidelines for the visits,” a source says.
In the run-up to filing for divorce from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes reportedly looked to pal Victoria Beckham for inspiration, having “secret chats” with the former Spice Girl, according to Now magazine. “Victoria’s been a real tower of strength. Katie’s seen how a normal marriage should function by being around Victoria and David Beckham, so she knew that something was wrong with her relationship with Tom,” a source says. “She and Victoria have been talking a lot. Posh has been trying not to take sides, but she has let Katie know she’ll be there for her whatever she chooses to do.”

The actress has reportedly been offered $20 million for the film, according to the Sun.
