‘Impractical Jokers’
PRANK SHOW. If you haven’t yet checked out this prank show — get familiar. Comedy quartet The Tenderloins (a group of four lifelong buddies from Staten Island) push each other into increasingly embarrassing — and hilarious — situations via hidden cameras and earpieces. The sheer glee these dudes take in humiliating each other is contagious, and their pranks are actually pretty damn clever.

‘Rake’
COMEDY. Tonight, Annie Mumolo — who co-wrote “Bridesmaids” with Kristen Wiig — guest stars as a gambling addict Rake must defend for fraud. She’s a funny lady.

‘King of the Nerds’
COMPETITION. The title of tonight’s episode of this competition for geek supremacy, is “To LARP or not to LARP.” We’re pretty sure the answer to that question, for a true nerd, is always “to LARP!”
