Metro’s theater critic T. Michelle Murphy was on hand at the opening night for “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder” on Nov. 13, 2013, as field producer for The Broadway Channel. She interviewed the cast — including stars Jefferson Mays, Bryce Pinkham, Lisa O’Hare and Lauren Worsham — as well as director Darko Tresnjak and composer Steven Lutvak.
Later, when “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder” earned 10 Tony Award nominations, the most of any musical, she also interviewed producer Ryan Hugh Mackey.
