Wesley Warren Jr., best known as the man with the 132-pound scrotum, died Friday in Las Vegas, where he lived. TLC will re-air its special on him, "The Man with the 132-lb Scrotum," tonight at 10.
Warren's cause of death was not made public public, but his roommate told the Review Journal that he had two heart attacks recently and also suffered from diabetes.
Warren, 49, had his scrotum surgically removed last year. Before his scrotum surgery, he weighed 500 pounds. As shown in the clip above, he had great difficulty moving and sitting up, making it impossible for him to work. "I don't even know if there are words that I can say at this point to describe the agony of the situation," he said in the documentary.
Warren told reporters in the past that the abnormality had caused him to suffer from depression.
Doctors still do not know what caused the enlargement.
