Vivian Waller is a 21-year-old mother in New Zealand currently in hospice care with terminal cancer. One of the items on her extensive bucket list was to meet the actor Robin Williams, who died last week in San Francisco. Through the power of social media, her friends managed to contact Williams this spring to get the next best thing: a video message from the actor himself.
The 21-second video is short and to the point. ""Hi Vivian! It's Robin Williams here saying 'hey girl what's going on down there in New Zealand," he says. "I'm sending all my love to you, Jack and Sophie. Knock this off your bucket list."
Williams then briefly does an imitation of fellow actor Matthew McConaughey before sending "much love" to Waller and blowing her a kiss.
Waller's husband Jack told Stuff in an interview that the family decided to share the video with the world because "we love him, we want to show people how awesome a person he was."
