In 1963, Agent Dean Unkefer was one of 35 agents whose job was to crack down on organized crime --- no easy task, particuarly in New York City. He suddenly found himself thrust into the world of pimps and prostitutes --- and the Mafia. It's a far cry from his rural Ohio hometown.
Now, he's giving the public an insider's view with his new book, "90 Church." He shares his experiences of going undercover to confront notorious leaders in the underground drug world. What he discovers is that the law isn't as black and white as he previously thought, and amazingly, not all law informers have the best intentions.
"90 Church" is a gritty read, even more fascinating since it's a true story.
