What Miles Teller and his friends have to say about that Esquire interview

“Fantastic Four” actor Miles Teller is gracing the cover of Esquire’s September issue and the profile paints him as, well, kind of a jerk. Actually, the article literally says, “So yeah, he is kind of a d–k.” In the piece, Teller shares stories about how he didn’t play sports in high school so he could sit around and get high all afternoon and how his model girlfriend has his initals tattooed on her butt. He tells the interviewer he considers himself pretty good-looking, even if the general public doesn’t. It goes on like this.

Now that the article is out, Teller is not amused. “@Esquire couldn’t be more wrong. I don’t think there is anything cool or entertaining about being a d–k or an asshole. Very misrepresenting,” he tweeted to the magazine.

His friends aren’t too happy about the article either. “My movie husband @Miles_Teller is crazy talented and truly a fantastic person,” Teller’s “Fantastic Four” co-star Kate Mara tweeted. “.@Miles_Teller is my boy and I’m a great judge of character @esquire,” actor Michael B. Jordan, who filmed both “Fantastic Four” and “That Awkward Moment” with Teller.
