Remember that North Carolina newscaster who makes viral videos on the side? (His “Christmas Jammies” video got over 15 million hits last year.) Well, the Holderness Family is back with anorther viral video, this time about the inevidable overeating that happens during the holidays.

You know how it goes. Every year, you tell yourself, this time I’m going to resist. But then your mom makes those special cookies she only bakes once a year, someone at work brings in some homemade pumpkin bread, and the holiday meals have you piling up your plate.
